Fitness Together opening features Kelly Pavlik

CANFIELD — Fitness Together, 6579 Ironwood Blvd., has scheduled its grand opening today at 2 p.m. The two-room personal training studio has a cardiovascular area that is free for clients.

Owner Erin Mellinger and her staff of trainers design workouts and nutrition plans to meet clients’ fitness goals.

Kelly Pavlik is scheduled to attend the celebration from 1 to 3 p.m.

Shisha Cafe offers flavored tobacco, food

WARREN — Shisha Cafe, located at 3937 Youngstown Road, has recently opened. The cafe, which is owned by Faris Abdelqader, offers 40 flavors of tobacco for use in their hookah pipes, light sandwiches, pitas and soft drinks.

The Box Connection changes ownership

WARREN — The Box Connection, 2015 Elm Road, has changed ownership to David Buchanan.

The company, which is located in the Warren Plaza, offers a full line of UPS shipping services. Gift wrapping, faxing, photocopying and laminating services are also available.

SBA to host loan seminar at development center

YOUNGSTOWN — The Small Business Administration will host a free loan seminar at 11 a.m. Aug. 7 at the Ohio Small Business Development Center at Youngstown State University, 275 Fifth Avenue.

The seminar is intended for small-business owners and individuals interested in starting or expanding a small business.
