X STRUTHERS — Mara McLandrich Frisco of Canfield and Kevin Ray Gottschalk of Girard were married at noon May 24 at St. Nicholas Church.

The Rev. Bob Bonnot officiated for the daughter of John and Shirley Frisco of Canfield and the son of Gregory and Robert Gottschalk of Girard.

An evening reception took place at the Davis Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens at Mill Creek Park, Youngstown.

After their wedding trip to Boston, the couple live in Canfield.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in social work at Youngstown State University. She attends the University of Akron’s Advanced Standing Master in Social Work Program and is to graduate in May 2009.

The groom attended Hiram College and is a sales representative for Frito Lay in Salem.

The bride’s gown featured caplet sleeves and a bodice fashioned of sheer illusion netting in the back. The sleeves and back of the bodice were adorned with Venise lace daisies from her mother’s bridal gown. She wore her mother’s camelot cap of daisies with a chapel veil.

Kerry Hageman of Canfield, the bride’s cousin, was maid of honor, and Sherry Stoffick of Girard, sister of the groom, was the bridesmaid. They wore celadon gowns.

Best man was David Adams of Fresno, Calif., and groomsman was Eric Wright of Pinellas Park, Fla. A cousin of the bride, Dominic Conti, of Archdale, N.C., served as ring bearer.
