“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m. Sunday, WFMJ-TV 21; and 7 p.m. Wednesday, Time Warner Cable Educational Channel 15): The digital television transition is right around the corner; on Feb. 17, your television might not work if you do not have a converter box, satellite television service or cable service. WFMJ Chief Engineer Bob Flis will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss what viewers need to know and what they need to do to get ready for the transition. Flis will show, on air, how easy it is to order and connect a converter box so viewers will be prepared.
