ABWA chapter names scholarship recipient

YOUNGSTOWN — Tri-Gold Prime Time Chapter of American Business Women’s Association selected Noelle Roth as the recipient of the chapter’s second scholarship during a meeting July 13 at the Blue Wolf Banquet Center, 7095 Lockwood Blvd.

Roth will use the scholarship to finish her education at Youngstown State University.
