X Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will serve fish dinners from 3:30 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod or fried haddock; sides of Spanish rice, haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries or string beans (choose two); coleslaw or applesauce; bread and butter; and coffee or tea. The cost is $9 for adults and $4.50 for children. Dessert will be an additional $1.50. Containers will be provided for takeouts. Orders will be accepted from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at (330) 792-1005.

X St. Anthony Church, 1125 Turin Ave., Youngstown, will sell pizza and other Italian treats. Orders may be placed by calling (330) 746-9577 from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. and must be picked up by 1 p.m. Friday.

SATURDAY

XAmerican Legion Post 290, state Route 14, Columbiana, will have a steak fry from 5 to 8 p.m. The cost is $12 per person, and the menu will include baked potato, salad, Texas toast and coffee or tea. There will be band music from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. For more information, call (330) 482-9657.

XFirst United Methodist Church, 3711 state Route 46 in Mineral Ridge, is having a ham and scalloped potato dinner with a salad bar from 4:30 to 7 p.m. The price is $8 for adults, $4 for children 6 to 12 and free for kids 5 and under.

X North Lima Mennonite Church, 90 Mennonite Drive, will sponsor a breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 a.m. The all-you-can-eat meal will feature eggs, pancakes, french toast, potatoes, sausage, fruits, juice and coffee. A donation will be accepted. For more information, call (330) 549-2333.

X Salem Masonic Temple, 788 E. State St., will have an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10 a.m. The cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children 2 to 10 and free for those under 2. Featured will be pancakes, scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, bacon, homemade sausage gravy, biscuits, home fries, toast, fruit cocktail, coffee, orange juice and tea. Carryouts will be available. There is a handicapped-accessible elevator.

X A chicken paprikash dinner will be served by Circle of Serbian Sisters of Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 54 Laird Ave., Youngstown, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Serbian Memorial Hall. The menu will include dumplings, salad, dessert and coffee. Cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children. Containers will be provided for takeout orders. X St. Dominic Knights of Columbus Council will sell spaghetti dinners from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the parish center cafeteria, 3403 Southern Blvd., Youngstown. The cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 13 to 17, and free for those 12 and under. Carryouts will be available. Mention this notice and get $1 off.

X Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church, 252 E. Wood St., Youngstown, will sponsor a spaghetti dinner with serving from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost is $6.50 for adults and $4.50 for children 12 and under. Takeouts will be available.

XSts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1025 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, will sponsor a stuffed cabbage sale. The cost is $11 a dozen.
