X YOUNGSTOWN — A reception at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center honored Barry John Kaiser Jr. of Pittsburgh and his bride, the former Elizabeth Marie Roach of Butler, Pa., after their April 26 wedding at 1:30 p.m. at St. Dominic Church.
The Very Rev. James Sullivan officiated.
Cecily and Karl Roach of Youngstown are parents of the bride, who is a merchandise manager with T.J. Maxx in Butler. She graduated from Seton Hill University with a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising.
Parents of the groom are Gloria and John Hogle and Miriam and Barry J. Kaiser Sr., all of Pittsburgh. He earned a degree in business administration at Duquesne University and is operations manager with A.J. Wright in Pittsburgh.
The bride wore an ivory satin gown embellished with silver beads and crystals, and featuring spaghetti straps, an A-line skirt and a chapel train.
Cranberry-colored gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Amy Banks, and the bridesmaids, Noelle Haney, a sister of the groom; Jennifer Tremayne; Maureen McCann; and Mercia Stevens. Flower girls were the bride’s cousin, Caroline Buchenic, and the groom's niece, Madisyn Haney.
Ty Bui served as best man, and groomsmen were Patrick Roach, the bride’s brother; Michael Haney, a brother-in-law of the groom; and Toby Carver.
Afterward, the couple left on a wedding trip to Disney World in Orlando, Fla. They live in Butler.
