Aug. 30 is chosen for Shevetz-Finch wedding in park

X LOWELLVILLE — Announced by Martin and Robin Shevetz, 2575 Stewart Road, is the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Shevetz, and Andrew Finch, both of 17 Herbster St., Columbiana.

He is a son of Paul and Bonnie Finch, 14775 Duck Creek Road, Salem.

The couple have planned a wedding that will take place at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 30 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and for an evening reception at Avion on the Water in Canfield.

A graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in integrated mathematics education grades seven through 12, Miss Shevetz is employed by Leetonia School District as a high-school math teacher and head varsity volleyball coach. She is working toward a master’s degree in curriculum at YSU.

The prospective groom is a machine operator with Exal Corp. in Youngstown and is the owner of Extreme Entertainment.
