X Commercial Intertech Retirees will meet at noon Tuesday at St. Mark Church, Logan Way, with Lou Pizzuto presiding. Final plans will be made for the annual picnic, and a Chinese auction will take place. Hostesses for lunch will be Jeanette Armeni and Jean Reid.

X A meeting of Girard Seniors will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the senior center. The program will be presented by a representative from Med Art, and punch and cookies will be served.

HOLY NAME

X Holy Name Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Saturday in Founder’s Hall for a picnic, cards and bingo. Hostesses will be the officers, Wilma Kutick, Agnes Phillips, Marge Bada and Ginnie Miller, who will be assisted by club members. July birthdays will be observed, and there will be drawings.

LIBERTY FRIENDS

X A meeting of Liberty Friends is planned for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Liberty Presbyterian Church on state Route 304. Those attending are to take a sack lunch; coffee will be provided and games will be played.

MARTHA LUPSE

X Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Elisabeth Healey will give the devotions. Members are reminded to take a sack lunch; coffee and tea will be provided. No affiliation with the church is required for participation. P.E.R.I. 18

X Public Employee Retirees Inc., Mahoning Chapter 18, will meet at noon Aug. 5 at the Italian-American Veterans Centre on Meridian Road for an indoor picnic. The menu will include chicken, hot dogs, hamburgers, baked beans, macaroni salad, tossed salad, fruit, rolls, coffee, tea and banana bread. The cost at the door is $5 for members, associate members and guests. X Retirees of Packard Electric and Delphi Packard Local 717 will meet at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Local 717 Union Hall, Warren Commerce Park, 2950 Sferra Ave. Those attending are asked to take a labeled covered dish and table service. Pizza will be served, and bingo will be played.

X St. Christine Seniors will meet for a picnic at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the parish center. Ruth Infante will preside, and Mary Jo Theis ad Vera Dues will give reports. There will be a 50-50 raffle. Reservations are required.
