Boardman police arrest Youngstown man after chase

BOARDMAN — Police pursued a 22-year-old Youngstown man from the township into Pennsylvania with authorities in between joining in the chase.

Marvin Howard of Emerson Place was arrested about 2:15 a.m. today by township police, charged with fleeing and eluding and operating a vehicle while impaired. He was housed at the Mahoning County Jail.
