X LOWELLVILLE — Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church was the setting for the May 3 wedding of Megan R. Cain, 4742 S. Bailey Road, North Jackson, and Frank A. Sovick Jr., Audubon Road, Poland.

The Rev. G. David Weikart presided, and a reception was held at the Davis Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens, Youngstown.

The bride is the daughter of George and Susan Cain, of the Bailey Road address, and the groom is the son of Frank and Mary Ann Sovick, Rocky Ledge Drive, Struthers.

The couple live in Poland after a wedding trip to Grenada.

Adorned with a light taupe sash at the waistline, the bride’s gown of ivory English netting featured a sweetheart neckline and a chapel train.

Sage-green dresses were worn by the honor attendant, Raegan Reda, and the bridesmaids, Elizabeth Martin and Sarah Thorn, sisters of the bride, and Dana Gemma, the groom’s sister. Flower girl was the bride’s niece, Emily Martin.

Kevin Purcell was best man, and groomsmen were Kevin Umbel, Chad Umbel, Jeremy Noble, Lee Gemma, the groom’s brother-in-law, and Daniel Cain, the bride’s brother. Ring bearers were the bride’s nephews, Jacob and Nicholas Martin.

Mrs. Sovick graduated from Kent State University with an associate degree in radiologic technology. She is a CAT scan techologist with Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital. The groom, a union sheet metal worker, is a job foreman with D&G Mechanical.
