St. Patrick to host benefit golf outing

NEW SPRINGFIELD — St. Patrick Church will sponsor its “Open the Doors Fore the Disabled” golf outing on Aug. 4 at Fonderlac Country Club, 1140 Paulin Road.

The entry fee is $75 per person or $300 per team and will include an-18-hole green fee and cart, a continental breakfast, lunch buffet and a tee gift.

The four-person scramble will get under way with a shotgun start at 10 a.m., and there will be first-, second- and third-place team prizes and hole event prizes for closest to the pin, longest drives, long putts and par 3 events.

The cost to sponsor the entire event is $2,000. Monetary donations range from hole sponsors of $100 to corporate sponsors of $100, $500 and $750. Volunteers are needed to help with the outing .
