Parents announce Baird-Smail wedding date

X The engagement of Renee Baird and Matthew Smail, both of 4290 Burkey Road, Austintown, is being announced by their parents.

Miss Baird is a daughter of Todd Baird, 4642 New England Blvd., Boardman, and Kim Baird, 5642 Beechwood Drive, Poland. She is a manager with the Telischak Co. in Poland while pursuing a degree in finance at Youngstown State University.

Donald and Phyllis Smail, 297 S. Inglewood Ave., Austintown, are parents of the future groom. He is employed with Reinnovations Contracting in Mineral Ridge.

The couple will exchange nuptial vows in an open wedding they have planned for 2:30 p.m. Aug. 2. The ceremony will take place at New Life Assembly of God in Poland, and a reception will be by invitation that evening at Shangri-La in Canfield.
