Lists of vacation Bible schools open to the public will run on the Religion page. Please include the following information: the complete name of the church; address with city or township; time, date and location of sessions; program theme; ages or grades; and whether it’s free or there is a fee. Information should be submitted two weeks before the school’s opening or its reservation deadline.

Who: New Life Lutheran Church.

What: “Rainforest Adventure” for children from 3 years old though sixth grade.

When: 6:30-8:30 p.m. July 21-24.

Where: Church, 1181 Church Hill-Hubbard Road, Liberty Township.

Registration details: The program is free.

Who: Mineral Ridge Church of Christ.

What: “SonWorld Adventure Park” theme for children from 4 years old through sixth grade. Activities will include music, skits, crafts and Bible lessons.

When: 6:30-9 p.m. July 20-24. A closing program will be at 6:30 p.m. July 25.

Where: Church, 3911 Main St., Mineral Ridge.

Registration details: Vacation Bible school will start with a carnival at 6 p.m. July 19 with food and prizes. Registration will be accepted. For more information, call the church at (330) 652-5403.

Who: St. Patrick Church.

What: “Cosmic City” theme for children from 3 to 12 years old.

When: 9 a.m. to noon July 21-25.

Where: Church, 1420 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown.

Who: Shiloh Church.

What: “Veggie Tales” theme for children from 3 to 12 years old.

When: 6-9 p.m. July 21-25. The last day will feature a party with dunking tank and bouncy ball play area.
