Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, special trustee meeting, 4 p.m., in the meeting room of Main Library, 305 Wick Ave., Youngstown. Purpose: Discuss a name for the new library branch being built at the corner of East High Avenue and Early Road. The meeting also will include an executive session regarding property acquisition. The trustee committee meeting precedes the board meeting. The board’s services and personnel committee will meet at 3:15 p.m. to consider revisions to two policies: code of regulations and meeting rooms.
