One thing became abundantly clear as we went through this month’s Snapz submissions: People love Mill Creek Park.

As a center for sports, hikes, family gatherings, weddings and who knows how many other activities, the park occupies a special place in the minds of Valley residents.

August Snapz! Wet and wild

Summer is upon us, and with it the typical sporadic (and humid) Ohio heat.

If you’re like the rest of us, there’s nothing better than a cool splash to shake off the heat.

Maybe you prefer to jump in a pool. Or perhaps your preference is running through a sprinkler. It could be you’d love to be on a jet ski or water skis.

Or you just might prefer an old-fashioned water pistol battle.

Whatever it is you do to cool off, take pictures and send them to us. They can be from the lake, from the backyard pool or sprinkler or from the ocean. We just want to see you and yours enjoying the summer by the water (or in it).
