“Sunday Morning with Dee” (8 a.m., WKBN-TV 27): The 2008 Festival of the Arts will be held at Youngstown State University. The planners are hoping to see greater numbers attend this year. Lori Factor, Summer Arts Festival coordinator, and Heather Belgin coordinator of alumni and events management, join host Dee Crawford.

“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m., WFMJ Channel 21): Lori Factor and Heather Belgin join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the Youngstown State University Summer Festival of the Arts. Also on the program will be Antoinette Smith and Ella Robinson of St. Augustine Church in Youngstown. The church will become the first black institution in Youngstown to receive an Ohio Historical Marker.
