X WARREN — A reception at Garden Brook Banquet Center in Cortland honored Klinton Emery and his bride, the former Jessica Mackey, after their 1 p.m. wedding June 14 at Howland Community Church.

The Rev. Dr. Brian C. Byrne officiated at the ceremony for the daughter of Steve and Leanna Mackey of Warren and the son of Keith and Sally Emery of Kinsman.

The couple honeymooned in Las Vegas and live in Burghill.

Ashley Mackey, the bride’s sister and honor attendant, wore a lettuce-green gown, as did the bridesmaids, Carolyn Adgate; Marci Prejsnar; Kari Bates; Deidre Emery and Kristy Marshall, sisters of the groom; and Danielle Emery, his sister-in-law. Flower girls were Kelsey Marshall and Isabelle Emery, nieces of the groom.

The duties of best man were performed by the groom’s brother, Keith Emery Jr., and groomsmen were Garrett Emery, also a brother of the groom; Bill Hamilton; Brian Bradford; Shawn Bower; Roger Bates; and Mike Geyer. Ring bearers were Christopher Marshall and Gage Emery, the groom’s nephews.

The bride graduated from Youngstown State University and is a teacher with Mahoning Valley Opportunity Center in Youngstown.

The groom is a biomedical technician with Catholic Health Initiatives at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. He graduated from the ITT Technical Institute, also in Youngstown.
