X HUBBARD — Anthony and Patricia Ball, 1115 Fairchild Drive, announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon M. O’Neill, and Joseph P. Mortimer Jr., both of 755 Jones St.

Mr. Mortimer is the son of Joseph P. Mortimer Sr., 5845 Youngstown-Hubbard Road.

The couple have planned a wedding for 12:30 p.m. Aug. 8 at Kidston Pavilion in Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park, Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for an evening reception at McMenamy’s in Niles.

The bride-elect holds a clerical position with Practice Management and Billing Solutions in Canfield.

The prospective groom works as an extrusion operator for Exal Corp. in Youngstown.
