Free movies outside at Chevrolet Centre

YOUNGSTOWN — A free outdoor movie series begins at 9 p.m. Monday at Chevrolet Centre, downtown, with a showing of Sylvester Stallone’s 2006 film “Rocky Balboa.” The city of Youngstown and Chevrolet Centre are the sponsors.

The series will continue every Monday at 9 p.m. until Aug. 18, and people are invited to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Refreshments will be available, and the Chevrolet Centre restroom facilities will be open. Upcoming movies will include “Shark Tale,” “ King Kong,” “Hitch” and “My Big, Fat Greek Wedding.”
