City police investigating possible firebombs on South Side

YOUNGSTOWN — Possibly two firebombs broke the front porch window of 537 Carroll St. on the South Side at 3:30 a.m. today, the fire department said. No injuries were reported and no fire started.

Firefighters collected a fuse and glass on the porch and another fuse and more glass in the living room. The occupants left to stay with a relative, reports show.
