Registration renewed, three attorneys regain law licenses

COLUMBUS — A Canfield attorney and two East Liverpool lawyers were among many other Ohio attorneys to regain use of his law license Wednesday, according to a release by the Ohio Supreme Court. Dale Elmer Bricker of Canfield and Marian Delores Davidson and Richard Vincent Hoppel, both of East Liverpool, were all suspended from the practice of law in December for failing to file a 2007-2009 Certificate of Registration and paying the associated fees by Nov. 30. All three were reinstated after filing the registration and paying the registration and reinstatement fees.
