Reed found guilty of murder

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — A Lawrence County jury found Dennis Reed, 37, guilty today for the murder of Wendy Miller in December 2001 and the kidnapping of her three children.

The trial’s death-penalty phase begins Friday.
