Girard’s traffic camera could be back in action

GIRARD — Residents, and even a member of council, railed against the use of an automated camera to catch speeders here, but the Ohio Supreme Court has said the practice is legal.

That means the city may now be able to keep any fines collected through the use of that camera and put the device back into use.
