Public welcome

Companies seeking to manage the city-owned Chevrolet Centre will give presentations to the Youngstown Board of Control at the center’s community room and are open to the public. The public isn’t invited to comment, however.

10 a.m. Thursday: A partnership between Cavaliers Operating Co. of Cleveland, which owns and operates the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team and its home center, the Quicken Loans Arena; and International Facilities Group of Chicago, which developed and constructed 34 centers and stadiums.

1 p.m. Thursday: SMG of Philadelphia, which manages 209 facilities.
