Youngstown speeds pothole patching

YOUNGSTOWN — City street department crews are patching potholes at an accelerated level on streets, said Sean T. McKinney, the city’s buildings and grounds commissioner.

Motorists should use caution, reduce speeds in work areas and be prepared for lane closures, he said. The city has up to 10 crews at a time patching potholes between now and April.
