Beaver plan - Township neighborhood

A core committee made up of township residents and business people discussed aspects of the neighborhood plan with the Pennsylvania firm hired to prepare it. The committee did the following:

Looked at maintaining community support for quality schools.

Looked at providing and maintaining an appropriate mix of businesses.

Addressed parking needs for businesses, schools and community events.

Looked at providing safe access within the community.

Looked at promoting and identifying the village setting.

Addressed utility concerns.

Looked at providing grant and funding guidelines for improvements.
