ERIE RAILROAD

X Erie Mahoning Valley Railroad Association will meet at noon Tuesday at Davidson’s Restaurant, 3636 Canfield Road, Austintown. Reports will be given, and birthdays will be recognized. All railroad retirees and their spouses are welcome.

LOWELLVILLE

X Lowellville Senior Citizens will meet at 1 p.m. Friday at the conference room of Lowellville City Hall, with Delores Romeo presiding. A meat loaf lunch will be provided by Jean Stombaugh; reservations are to be made with Eileen Flora at (330) 755-0467. Dues of $5 will be collected.

MARTHA LUPSE

X Bridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. Ruby Farkas will give the devotion. A pizza party will be held at noon; coffee and tea will be provided. No affiliation with the church is required for participation. X Park Vista of Youngstown, 1216 Fifth Ave., is announcing the Breakfast Club’s February program, “Your Personal Safety.” At 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 14, Detective Charles Mound of the Boardman Police Department will discuss the latest schemes and answer questions to help keep you from becoming a victim of crime.
