Setting chosen for Stack-Milligan wedding in April

X YOUNGSTOWN — Thomas and Kathy Milligan, 5520 West Blvd., are announcing the engagement of their son, Jeffrey Milligan, 2727 N. Pine Grove Ave., Chicago, Ill, and Jennifer Stack of Illinois, a daughter of Ronald and Carol Stack of 1375 Parkland Way, Leland, N.C.

Miss Stack is a human-resources consultant with Northwestern University in Chicago. She graduated from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business in East Lansing, Mich., with a bachelor’s degree in human-resources management.

Mr. Milligan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. He is a national-sales manager with Pioneer Balloon Co. in Wichita, Kan.

The couple have chosen the University of Notre Dame Basilica of the Sacred Heart as the setting for their April 26 wedding. Invitations will be extended for the 11 a.m. ceremony and for an evening reception at The Woodward in South Bend, Ind.
