Heritage School offers 2-day workshops


BUTLER, Pa. — Heritage School at The Succop Conservancy is offering new two-day workshops beginning Jan 29.

Topics include art, blacksmithing, drawing, family history, gardening, herbs, music, native stories, painting, quilting, scrapbooking, stained glass, weaving, woodworking, writing and more.

Heritage School at The Conservancy offers a unique learning experience for adults in a relaxing, native environment. The school is located on 50 acres with two ponds, woods, walking trails and wildlife. Meals and refreshments are included as part of the experience.

The workshop instructors are experts in their trade and specialize in one-on-one instruction. Participants will gain hands-on experience in small classes and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow artisans and crafts enthusiasts.

The conservancy is located at 185 West Airport Road in Penn Township.
