Jan. 14

Identity theft: An Ohio license and the victim’s name were being used at a home in the 100 block of Rosemont Avenue.

Theft: A wallet and its contents were stolen from an auto at a home in the 3000 block of Black Oak Lane.

Theft: A woman was issued a summons for theft at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Mail from a home in the 4000 block of Woodhurst

Jan. 16

Theft by deception: Money was paid for work not completed at an apartment in the 5000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

Burglary: Copper piping was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Polley Drive.

Drug offense: A Campbell woman was arrested on two counts of illegal possession of drug documents at Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A false inspection bill was paid at Mike’s Lounge, 5532 Mahoning Ave., for $49.20 to a fraudulent safety inspector.

Theft: $34.32 of fuel was stolen at Certified Oil, 825 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

Theft: $20.50 of fuel was stolen at the Shell gas station, 4200 Mahoning Ave.

Telephone harassment: Unwanted calls were reported at an apartment in the 1000 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: Cash and Oxycodone were stolen from an apartment in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Drive.

Jan. 17

Possible drug offense: Suspected marijuana was found at Frank Ohl School, 255 Idaho Road.

Misuse of Credit Card: A stolen credit card was used at the Sleep Inn, 555 Interstate Boulevard.

Theft: 19 gallons of fuel were stolen from Country Fair, 1143 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

Forgery: A woman is accused of forgery at ITT Technical School, 1030 N. Meridian Road.

Theft: A man from Niles and a woman from Warren were arrested in the theft of $3.18 worth of items, including toilet paper, pens and salad dressing at Sheetz gas station, 5400 Mahoning Ave. The man was also charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.

Passing bad checks: A man is accused of passing bad checks at Check Into Cash, 4774 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: $48 in fuel was taken at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

Auto theft: A burgundy Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen from a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Criminal damaging: A windshield was broken on a vehicle in the 1000 block of Compass West apartments.

Vandalism: A window was broken on an auto in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.

Criminal damaging: A Chevrolet Blazer was seen doing lawn damage at Township Park, 6000 Kirk Road. Ruts 200 yards long were found.

Aggravated robbery: A woman was robbed at gunpoint at the night deposit at the Key Bank lot, 1737 S. Raccoon Road. Taken were the night deposit bag, the victim’s purse and a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am.

Theft: A 16-year-old boy was accused of stealing at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Jan. 19

Breaking and entering: A GMC truck, two chain saws and currency were stolen at B&E Automotive Specialists, 168 S. Meridian Road.

Breaking and entering: Miscellaneous appliances were stolen and the window damaged at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Criminal damaging: A rear tailgate window was damaged at Big Lots, 4341 Kirk Road.

Drug offense: A Mineral Ridge man was arrested on charges of drug abuse of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at state Route 46 and Dunlap Avenue.

Attempted burglary: A door and jamb were damaged to an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West Apartments.

Theft: Two men were accused of stealing at K-Mart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.; one was given a summons, and the second was sent to county jail.

Jan. 20

Attempted auto theft: A GPS system was stolen and two vehicles were damaged in the carports at apartments in the 1000 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Telephone harassment: Lewd pictures were shown on a cell phone at an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.

Misuse of credit card: Fraudulent charges were made on a credit card at Work Wear Depot, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A men’s leather wallet was stolen at Shell True North, 1704 S. Raccoon Road.
