Saint Vincent 71, Grove City 57

GROVE CITY, Pa. — Ryan Gibson had 18 points to lead Grove City, while Andy O’Keefe and Luke Tomaselli added 10 apiece. Shawn Carr had five rebounds for the Wolverines (10-6). Joey Butler had a game-high 26 points for Saint Vincent (12-3). He made 6-of-9 on 3-pointers.

Mount Union 69, Ohio Northern 66

ALLIANCE — Mount Union won its third straight with a 41-36 scoring edge in the second half. The Purple Raiders (6-10, 3-6 Ohio Athletic Conference) were led by Sam King (Brookfield) with 22 points and six rebounds. Chris Switzer added 14 points, Dave Pellerite 13 and Chris Crawford 10. Kyle Gehle topped Ohio Northern (9-7, 5-4) with 19 points.

Hiram 78, Denison 55

GRANVILLE — Mike Staley had 18 points and Mike McDevitt (Lisbon) added 16 points and six rebounds for the Terriers (5-10, 2-4 North Coast Athletic Conference). Jason Hebeisen finished with 11 points and nine rebounds for Hiram, which used a 9-0 run to bolt from a 10-all tie and take control. Larry Farmer led Denison (0-15, 0-6) with 14 points.

Bethany 102, Westminster 61

BETHANY, W. Va. — Bethany shot 59 percent from the field (41-of-70) in a Presidents’ Athletic Conference victory. Marcus Adams led six players in double figures with 16 points, while Joe Testa had 14 points and 12 rebounds. Ryan Besancon also finished with a double-double, 14 points and 10 rebounds. The Titans (3-13, 1-5) were led by Craig Hannon (Union) with 20 points, while Ryne Murray added 13 points and 16 rebounds. Andy Timko finished with 10 points.

Slippery Rock 60, Lock Haven 56

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. — Ken Ottrix scored 14 points and Cory Somerville added 10 to lead Slippery Rock (3-13, 1-1) in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference West game. Billy Arre led Lock Haven (1-15, 1-1) with a game-high 28 points.

Geneva 73, Thiel 68

BEAVER FALLS, Pa. — Greg McDivitt led Geneva with 21 points and five rebounds, while Mike Ross added 12 for the Golden Tornadoes (9-7). Devon Adams led Thiel with 21 points. Joe Herrmann added 12 points and five rebounds for the Tomcats (6-8), while Nick Sefcsik also had 12 points.

WOMEN

Wooster 66, Hiram 63

HIRAM — Sam DiCello (East Palestine) had 14 points and five assists for Hiram. Stephanie Zunic (Canfield) added 14 points and six rebounds for the Terriers (3-11, 1-5 NCAC), who led 33-25 at halftime. Ally Cook finished with 11 points and Alex Dellas scored 10. Meredith Wilson of Wooster (5-9, 2-4) led all scorers with 24 points.

Grove City 54, Saint Vincent 54

GROVE CITY, Pa. — Krista Beechy tied a career high with 17 points, and added nine rebounds for the Wolverines (5-10), and Christine Slater scored 16 points. Brittany Anderson had a game-high 15 rebounds. Saint Vincent (4-11) was led by Laura Klimchock and Janelle Reed with 16 points each.

Ohio Northern 48, Mount Union 45

ADA — Tessa Pohovey had 12 points and seven rebounds for Mount Union (6-10, 3-6 OAC). Alicia Williams added 11 points and nine rebounds. Erin Braud led Ohio Northern (13-3, 8-1) with 17 points.

Bethany 83, Westminster 66

BETHANY, W. Va. — Kaitlyn McCormick had 17 points, one of six players for Bethany in double figures, in a PAC win. McCormick also had eight rebounds. Stacy Goode and Susannah Cartland each added 14 points for the Bison (9-6, 5-1), while Kelly Goode and Stephanie Shafer both scored 11. Tara Harris finished with 10. Emilee Ackerman had a career-high 33 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Titans (11-4, 4-3). Ackerman was 10-of-16 from the field and 13-of-14 at the foul line. Gina Brunetti (Mooney) added 13 points.

Geneva 80, Thiel 44

BEAVER FALLS, Pa. — Allyson Clarke scored 18 points and shared game-high rebounding honors with Michawn Rich (11), to lead Geneva (13-2). Renee Rawding added 15 points for the Golden Tornadoes. Jasmin Jones led Thiel (6-8) with 11 points, while Amber Bodrick (Mooney) and Catie Sieber added 10 apiece.

Slippery Rock 69, Lock Haven 65

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. — Nijha McNeely led Slippery Rock with 18 points and eight rebounds in a PSAC-West game. Julie Molloy added 15 points for The Rock (7-10, 1-1), while Sandra Busser added 12. Amanda Nero (Lowellville) had five points, including a 3-pointer. Lauren Kelshaw scored 19 points to lead Lock Haven (5-11, 0-2).
