X Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull Cattlemen’s Association will meet Feb. 12 at McMahon Hall at Mill Creek MetroParks’ Farm, state Route 46, across from Canfield Fairgrounds. The meeting will begin with an industry trade show and banquet registration at 6 p.m., and dinner at 7 will be followed by the program. Anyone interested in beef cattle is welcome. The cost is $10, and reservations are due by Feb. 7 and are to be made with Jill Amons, newsletter coordinator, 31731 Carey Road, Salem, OH 44460.

X Christian Women’s Club South will have a luncheon and program from noon to 2 p.m. Feb. 14 at Avion on the Water Banquet Center, 2177 W. Western Reserve Road, Canfield. There will be a presentation by Cindy Poulakos of Cookie Lee Jewelry, and Sandra Barton of Fairmont, W.Va., will speak on “Graduate of the School of Hard Knocks.” The cost is $12. A presentation on Cookie Lee Jewelry will be given by Joanne Malys, there will be special music, and Sandra Barton will speak on “A Biker Chick’s Elusive Dream.”

X Parents Without Partners, Portage County Chapter 600, will have a dinner from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and dance from 7:30 to 11:30 on Feb. 2 at Kent VFW 3703 Post Home, 500 VFW Parkway, Kent.
