Protest set at Ohio Penitentiary

YOUNGSTOWN — Prisoner advocacy groups will hold a rally/protest at 2 p.m. Saturday at the entrance to the Ohio State Penitentiary, 878 Coitsville-Hubbard Road. The advocacy groups want Death Row inmates to have contact visits with loved ones.
