Grove City 73, Waynesburg 71

WAYNESBURG, Pa. — The Grove City College men’s basketball team (10-5, 4-1 Presidents’ Athletic Conference) remains atop the standings after Wednesday’s come-from-behind victory. Grove City trailed 66-59 with three minutes remaining. Tim Drakeley led all scorers with 25 points, including five three-point goals.

Grove City 62, Waynesburg 52

WAYNESBURG, Pa. -- Freshman forward Christine Slater fired in 20 points in her first collegiate start as Grove City won its first PAC game. Sophomore forward Krista Beechy recorded 17 points, 14 rebounds and five assists. It is Beechy’s second straight double-double.
