Ukrainian celebration at Orthodox Center

YOUNGSTOWN — A Macanka dinner dance will be held Jan. 26 at the Orthodox Center, 1025 N. Belle Vista Ave. The theme for the event will be “New Year’s Eve in Ukraine.”

Doors will open at 6 p.m., and there will be an ethnic food buffet from 6:30 to 8:30. Dancing to the music of the Del Sinchak Band will be from 8 to 12:30, and there will be a cash bar, a champagne toast at midnight, hats and noisemakers.
