St. Rose Relay for Life plans races and bus trip

GIRARD — St. Rose Relay for Life is sponsoring a Night at the Races on Feb. 9 at the American Legion, Main Street. Patrons may purchase a horse for $10 by calling (330) 545-2434 or (330) 539-5898 by Feb. 2. There will be free food and beverages. Post time is 7 p.m.

The group is also sponsoring a bus trip to Seneca N.Y. on March 29. The cost is $35. The bus will leave from the Girard City parking lot at 8 a.m. For further details call (330) 539-5898.

The next meeting will be 5 p.m. Feb. 4 at Margarita’s Grill on State Street. Those attending may order from the menu on their own, and the meeting will begin at 6 p.m. To reserve a place for supper, call (330) 539-5898.
