Parents announce Long-Marafiote engagement

X The engagement of Kelly Nicole Long, a daughter of John and Marilyn Long of Hubbard, and Jonathan Paul Marafiote, a son of John and Kathi Marafiote of Youngstown, is being announced by their parents.

Also announced are plans for the couple’s Feb. 23 wedding. Invitations will be issued for the 5 p.m. ceremony and an evening reception, both at The Corinthian in Sharon, Pa.

Miss Long graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education and is pursuing a career in early childhood education.

Mr. Marafiote is a freight operations supervisor with Conway Freight in Lordstown. He earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts at YSU.
