Fed court arraignment Jan. 23 for heist suspects
LIBERTY — The three Youngstown people charged in the theft of $7.4 million from AT Systems on Tibbetts-Wick Road last November are scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 23 in Cleveland federal court. Roger Lee Dillon, 22; Nicole D. Boyd, 25, his girlfriend; and Sharon Lee Gregory, 48, his mother, were found by FBI agents in Pipestem, W. Va. on Dec. 1. Two safes at AT Systems, an armored-car company, were cleaned out after the Thanksgiving holiday. Dillon had been employed as a driver/messenger for the company.
