Merry Christmas

A “Merry Christmas” billboard campaign raised enough money to pay $2,800 for four billboards last month, and still has $1,600 remaining.

The local organizers, including Joanne Brown and Pat See, above, say they believe the “Happy Holidays” greeting takes away from the religious significance of Christmas.

More than 200 people have contributed to the campaign.
