Hourly workers at General Motors’ Lordstown complex has steadily declined since 1985. A van plant at Lordstown closed in 1992. The Chevrolet Cavalier was made there from 1982 to 2005; Pontiac Sunfire, 1995 to 2005; and Cobalt and Pontiac G5 came in 2004:
