“Nick News: Presidents” (9 p.m., Nickelodeon): Even though they’re too young to vote, kids will get a window into the election process in this special, the first of three on the topic. Kids can “vote” all this week for their favorite candidate at www.nick.com/kpp.
“Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” (8 p.m., Fox): Arnold may be missing in action, but “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” will still make your pulses race.
