Fund-raising seminar set Monday in Youngstown

YOUNGSTOWN — U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown’s office will have a seminar on obtaining federal fundraising from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday at the Ohio Room of Youngstown State University’s Kilcawley Center. The seminar is free and open to the public.
