X PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico — Stephany Alexandra Concha became the bride of Frank Paul Quatro at Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Cathedral on Oct. 20 in a ceremony performed by the Rev. Esteban Salazar.
The couple, both of Austin, Texas, received congratulations at a reception at Quinto Crescencia on the Bay and honeymooned in Los Cabos, Mexico.
The bride is the daughter of Xavier and Carol Concha of McAllen, Texas, and the groom is a son of Vivian Quatro of Colleyville, Texas, formerly of Youngstown, and the late Dr. Fred J. Quatro.
Matron of honor was Maria Mancera of San Francisco, and maid of honor was Nina Maldonado of McAllen. Serving as flower girls were Aljandra Garza and Alexandra Carleton, nieces of the bride, and Catherine and Gina Ott, nieces of the groom.
Best man for his brother was Fred L. Quatro of Bedford, Texas, and the bride’s nephew Adrian Concha was ring bearer.
The bride earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a master’s in health care administration at Texas State University. She is employed by Zenith Insurance Co.
The groom earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration at the University of Texas at Austin. He is self-employed with Quatro Consulting in Austin.
