Youngstown

The Adult Basic and Literacy Education program operated by the Youngstown city schools offers eight locations where adults can complete their high school education in hopes of attaining a General Educational Development certificate. They are:

John Knox Church, 1806 Market St.

McCartney Learning Center, 1988 McCartney Road.

Potter’s Wheel (women only), 145 W. Glenellen Ave.

ROC (Heart Reach Ministries), 211 Redondo Road.

St. John’s Episcopal Church, 323 Wick Ave.

Campbell Memorial High School, 280 Sixth St.

West Elementary School, 310 S. Schenley Ave.

Mahoning County Jail, 110 Fifth Ave.
