State police seek help to capture escapee

NEW BRIGHTON, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver are looking for a man who escaped from a Penn Avenue halfway house.

Richard Henley is a black man, 6 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 210 pounds with a shaved head and a goatee. He was serving time at Penn Pavilion, a drug and rehabilitation center here, for a theft offense. He fled the facility late Monday night.
