Dogs kill Chihuahua in Warren

WARREN – John Onacz, city animal control officer, Monday cited Amanda Reese of 611 Belmont St. with allowing two of dogs to run at large and that they killed another dog. She is to appear Friday in municipal court. Onacz said Reese allowed the dogs, a mixed Chow and American Bull Dog, to run loose and that they killed a 5-year-old Chihuahua that a man was walking without a leash in the 500 block of Belmont.
