Joe Fallon of Boardman, Victor Garcia of Youngstown, Cathy Russell of Canfield and Driscilla Toth of Canfield have joined Coldwell Banker First Place Real Estate as Realtors. Fallon and Garcia joined the Boardman office, and Russell and Toth joined the Canfield office. Fallon previously worked in human resources and management in retail and food services. Garcia worked in the teaching field for 15 years and in sales and management for more than 20 years. Russell and Toth worked at Delphi Packard Electric. All four received their real estate training at Hondros College.
