Earlier this week, Mayor Glenn W. Holmes made these new department and committee appointments:

President pro tempore: Peter D. Sudol.

Planning commission representative: Scott Seitz.

Community chest representative: Richard Harvey.

Committee chairmen: Michael O’Brien, safety committee; Harvey, parks and buildings; Brian Fisher, finance; James Jones, service.

Other appointments: James W. Border, assistant zoning inspector; Dan Superack, mayor’s court bailiff; Joseph Celli, zoning board of appeals.
