Low water pressure in Boardman, Austintown, Canfield

There will be low water pressure in portions of Austintown, Boardman and Canfield townships beginning at midnight Thursday and continuing into Friday. It is occurring because of improvement work Youngstown is doing at its Webb Road pumping station, which requires the city to close the facility.

This will affect customers in Canfield and Austintown west of Raccoon Road and south of New Road, and from Mill Creek Park west to Tippecanoe Road in Boardman. The work is expected to be done at 6 a.m. Friday.

Those in those areas are asked to conserve water during this time.
