YOUTH MINISTRY Comments

Inner City Outreach Youth Ministry, based at the Mount Gilead Baptist Church, 2821 Hillman St., Youngstown, uses a Bible-based program to help young people in the heart of the city. “This is a way to show kids a better life,” said the Rev.
